Lanterns Of Azure Flame

The party is gathered in Dracenhafen to celebrate the Annual Lantern Festival. As night falls and the beautiful red and orange lanterns sail into the sky, tragedy strikes. The festivities are put to a halt once the last lantern is up, and all the skies light with bright blue flames, scorching the lanterns.

The crowd is in shock as all their preparations appear in vain. The Bürgermeister (Mayor) is trying to calm the crowd as someone cries out to look towards the lighthouse on the headland. The ancient lighthouse, which had been damaged and abandoned for eons now burned with a bright Azure Flame, same as the lanterns from moments before.

The Bürgermeister (Mayor) summons the party to help investigate the mysterious flames and hopefully clear the minds of the people of Dracenhafen.
